This Privacy Policy explains how Yerbalance ("Yerbalance," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit drinkyerbalance.com (the "Site") or join our Early Access list.

Yerbalance is currently a product in development. The Site is a pre-launch landing page. We do not currently sell products, process payments, or ship orders through the Site.

Information you provide

When you join the Yerbalance Early Access list, we collect your:

• Email address

We do not currently ask you to provide payment information, postal addresses, government-issued identifiers, health information, or medical information through the signup form.

Please do not submit sensitive personal or health information through the Site.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as:

• IP address and approximate location derived from it
• Device type
• Operating system
• Browser type
• Screen and device information
• Pages and sections viewed
• Links and buttons clicked
• Referring website or advertising platform
• Landing page
• Advertising and campaign parameters such as UTM parameters

We do not intentionally collect information about your health, medical conditions, fasting habits, diet, or other sensitive health-related information through our analytics systems.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure Site usage and interactions.

• Important sections of the Site viewed
• Successful Early Access registrations

We do not intentionally send your email address or signup-form contents to Google Analytics.

Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure the performance of advertising on Facebook and Instagram.

These technologies may tell Meta that a visitor:

• Visited the Site
• Arrived from a Meta advertisement
• Successfully joined the Early Access list

The Meta Pixel sends certain events from the visitor's browser.

Meta Conversions API may send conversion information from our server even when browser-based tracking is unavailable or blocked.

We intentionally use a privacy-conscious implementation and do not send your email address, signup-form contents, or health information to Meta as part of our analytics conversion events.

Meta may receive technical information such as browser or device information, IP address, event identifiers, and advertising identifiers where available.

We use campaign attribution information to understand which advertisements and campaigns introduced visitors to Yerbalance.

This may include:

We currently use first-touch attribution.

This means that if you first visit Yerbalance through an advertisement and later return directly to the Site before signing up, we may retain the original campaign information to understand which campaign first introduced you to Yerbalance.

This marketing attribution information may be stored with your Early Access contact record.

The Site may use cookies, pixels, browser storage, and similar technologies for:

• Site functionality
• Analytics
• Advertising measurement
• Campaign attribution
• Security

For example, we may use browser storage to remember the marketing campaign that originally brought you to the Site.

You can restrict or block cookies and similar technologies through your browser or device settings.

Some analytics or advertising functionality may not operate correctly when these technologies are blocked.

Blocking analytics or advertising technologies does not prevent you from joining the Yerbalance Early Access list.

We use third-party service providers to operate the Site and Early Access program.

We use Brevo to:

• Store Early Access contacts
• Manage email lists
• Send Early Access and launch emails

Brevo receives your email address when you successfully join the list and may also store marketing attribution information associated with your signup.

Google provides website analytics through Google Analytics 4.

Meta

Meta provides advertising measurement through Meta Pixel and Conversions API.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

• Advertising platforms used to measure and optimize advertising
• Professional advisers where reasonably necessary
• Government authorities or other parties when required by law

We retain Early Access information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the pre-launch program, communicate with interested users, and prepare for the potential launch of Yerbalance.

If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we will delete or suppress it as appropriate, subject to limited retention where necessary to:

• Honor your opt-out request
• Prevent accidental re-subscription
• Meet legal obligations
• Resolve disputes
• Maintain security or prevent abuse

If we decide not to launch Yerbalance, we will delete the Early Access list within a reasonable period after that decision, except where retention is required by law.

Analytics and advertising information is retained according to the settings and policies of the applicable service providers.
