Yerbalance is a product concept in development. It does not yet exist as a finished, manufactured, or purchasable product.
The Site is a pre-launch page whose only function is to let you join a waitlist. Specifically:
- Nothing is for sale. No products are offered, no orders are accepted, and no payment is collected or stored.
- Nothing on the Site is an offer or a contract. It is not an offer to sell, a solicitation of an order, a pre-order, a reservation, or a binding commitment of any kind.
- We may never launch. We may modify, delay, or abandon the product entirely, at any time, without notice and without liability to you.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or join the waitlist. By using the Site you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Everything the Site says about the product is a description of what we currently intend to make. Please read this carefully:
- The formulation is not final. Ingredients, quantities, nutritional and Supplement Facts information, calorie content, serving size, packaging, flavor, and claims described on the Site are provisional and subject to change, in some cases substantially.

- Pricing, availability, timing, quantity, and launch markets are not guaranteed and may change or be withdrawn.

Joining the waitlist means you consent to receive email from us about the product's development, launch, and early access.
- Joining creates no obligation to purchase and no entitlement to any price, discount, quantity, delivery date, allocation, or priority.
- Any pricing or early-access benefit we describe is an expression of current intent only. It may be limited, changed, or withdrawn, and it may never materialize.
- Joining does not make you an investor, member, partner, customer, or stakeholder of any kind, and grants you no rights in the product or business.
- You can leave the waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting [hello@yerbalance.co]. We may also remove you at our discretion.
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Submit false information, or an email address you are not authorized to use
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems
- Introduce malware, or interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Site by automated means
- Copy, reproduce, or republish Site content except as permitted in Section 7
The Site and its contents — including text, copy, images, photography, illustrations, logos, the Yerbalance name and marks, layout, and design — are owned by [YOUR FULL LEGAL NAME] or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of it without our prior written permission.
