By using the Site or joining the Early Access list, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Yerbalance is a product currently in development and is not currently commercially available for purchase.
The Site is a pre-launch informational website that allows visitors to learn about the proposed product and join the Early Access list. Specifically:
- Nothing is for sale. No products are offered, no orders are accepted, and no payment is collected or stored.
- Nothing on the Site is an offer or a contract. It is not an offer to sell, a solicitation of an order, a pre-order, a reservation, or a binding commitment of any kind.
- Joining the Early Access list does not create any purchase commitment or obligation.
- Product development may change, be delayed, or be discontinued, and we do not guarantee that Yerbalance will launch.

Product information shown on the Site reflects our current development plans and is provisional. It may change before any product becomes commercially available.
- Ingredients, quantities, nutrition or Supplement Facts information, calories, serving size, packaging, flavor, and other product details may change.
- Pricing, availability, launch timing, and launch markets are not guaranteed and may change or be withdrawn.
- If a final product is eventually sold, the final product label and documentation supplied with that product will control over provisional information on the Site.

You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Submit false information, or an email address you are not authorized to use
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems
- Introduce malware, or interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Site by automated means
The Site and its content, including text, images, photography, illustrations, graphics, layout, design, and other materials, are owned by us, licensed to us, or used with permission, and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not commercially reproduce, distribute, or exploit Site content without our prior written permission.
Any third-party names, trademarks, or other intellectual property displayed on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.
The Site may link to third-party websites and platforms. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, acquisition, or transfer of the Site or related business assets.
